  • 20 km – 1200 m elevation gain (sold out)

  • 47 km – 3000 m elevation gain (sold out)

  • 47 km: several aid stations, including Cambasque and Col de Riou

👉 The race is run in semi-autonomy: runners must manage their own nutrition, hydration and equipment between aid stations.

🏔️ A demanding and varied terrain

  • Flowing forest trails, ideal for maintaining pace

  • Steep climbs

  • Technical sections requiring focus

  • Open views over the surrounding peaks

👉 Expect a mix of runnable sections and more technical terrain where pacing and control really matter.

🧭 Arrive prepared

  • Check your gear

  • Anticipate changing mountain weather

  • Plan hydration and nutrition

👉 Even on intermediate distances, the elevation gain can be demanding.

👉 On longer races, management becomes as important as performance.
